Idylwood Towers offers reliable, affordable maintenance service on an "at cost" basis. Residents may schedule this service by submitting a Work-Order at your building Reception desk and arranging for staff access to the unit. We try to perform this work as soon as possible.

 

You may, of course, obtain the services of an outside supplier of your own choosing. Idylwood Towers employees do not perform repair work on appliances, thermostats, plumbing or electrical work.

 

Please note that Idylwood Towers employees are permitted to do work in your condominium unit only under an approved work-order and assignment from management. 

 

The following is the current price list for parts and supplies and labor. Since these prices reflect Idylwood's cost of materials, they may change without notice.

An additional labor charge of $50.00 per hour will apply, with a minimum labor charge of $25.00.
