Committees are chaired by a resident owner with a board member serving as liaison. Meetings are advertised in advance and open to all residents and owners. If you have interest in any committee, contact the office. All members volunteer their time.

 

 

Finance & Budget: With the help of management, will produce and recommend to the Board an annual operating budget and capital reserve budget. Review monthly income and expenses, property bills and the annual audit. Track and help manage investments.

 

Capital & Operating Projects: Makes recommendations on projects regarding maintaining, renovating and upgrading of the buildings and landscaping components to improve the value and curb appeal of the property.  

 

Rules and Regulations: Responsible for maintaining and updating the House Rules and Regulations  and any other projects assigned encompassing rules and regulations.

 

Community Activities: Responsible for planning and sponsoring Idylwood community parties and events that promote resident interaction. Responsible for planning special tours, lectures, speakers for community education and recreation.

 

Landscaping Committee: Members work with the landscaping contractor and Idylwood Towers staff to maintain and improve the grounds of Idylwood. They assist in renovating the flower beds, shrubs and trees.

 

Technology Committee:Technology projects are assigned and researched. Findings are presented to management and Board of Directors. Recommendations are made and discussed.

 

Covenants Committee: Members hold due process hearings for those owners and their tenants in violation of  the By Laws and/or the House Rules & Regulations. They recommend fees, assessments, etc. to the Board of Directors.
