Regular meetings of the Board of Directors are held in the Community Center at the East or West Building, generally on the 3rd Monday of every month. Meeting times are posted near the reception desks in both buildings. An open community forum begins at 7:00 p.m. -- followed by the Board's business meeting beginning at 8:00 p.m.
A package of financial and other information is distributed to Board members several days before each Meeting. That information, with the exception only of matters qualifying as privileged under Virginia law, is made available at the same time to all co-owners: at the front desk of each building, and on this website.
